It is always an adventure when we travel to Auntie's house. As you all saw from the last post, we got to witness firsthand the transformation of a caterpillar to chrysalis. Well, Auntie has chickens (8 of them to be a exact- their names are: Stripedy, Felix, Big Red, Bogota, Chicken Nugget, Slash, Glacier Star and Tinkerbell). My little nuggets had a blast playing with the chickens, gathering the eggs each morning and holding the chickens. What a blast we had this week:
Getting the chickens out of the coupe:

Trying to catch one....can he do it?

Maybe Cupcake can... and, by Wed. she'd gotten over the fear of them

So excited because she did it all by herself (this is Bogota and she's still a baby)

JT finally got the hang of it on Wed. too (holding Slash)....

Here is Curly holding Bogota - he was a pro at catching them right away

Sydney holding Stripedy and JT holding Chicken Nugget...

We took a hike to the Monarch Preserve...it was a beautiful little trail

It was a great week spent with my sister - helped us not be quite so lonely while daddy was in Europe!
