Cupcake Pops and Bakerella

If you're a friend and you've hung out with me, you've tasted one of my favorite baking creations...the Cupcake Pops/Bites.  My friend Marilee introduced me to these delicious delights after seeing Bakerella on the Martha Stewart show a few years ago.  We spent a day learning how to make these together - we laughed.  We learned a thing or two and we enjoyed these delights!



Since then, I've made tons of these little bits of heaven.  On October 11th, I headed to William Sonoma in the South Coast Plaza to purchase my official Cupcake Pops cookbook and meet the gal who came up with these delicious treats. I didn't care that I was still fighting my bronchitis...I wanted to meet her.  She was adorable and fun.  Cheerful and so excited to meet the hundreds of people that showed up to meet her.
