P-I-T-C-H that ball!
My boy had his first scrimmage last Saturday! He pitched part of the last inning. It is so fun to see my boy growing into quite an athlete! He's ultra-competitive and we need to remind him that he is only 8 years old. When I see my boy on the field it is what I imagine my husband was like as a young boy! We are on the heels of opening day...Baseball season is fast approaching and this mama is ready to cheer on her kids!

We had our opening day too!! i had no idea that opening day was such a big deal! Yay for JT! I too have a competitive kid, and it can be hard coaching them through their emotions, but it is so much fun to see them trying their best and really caring about their sport and team. XOXO
Will pitched last season and I swear I didn't breathe the entire time... thank goodness they can only pitch 2 innings per game, I wouldn't have made it.
