To my Dearest Canon Digital Rebel Xt,
I miss you so much! I am so sorry that I neglected you so badly and left you at my sister's house in Simi Valley last week. I know for the first year of our relationship, I left you in the bag everyday to collect dust. That has all changed in the past 2 years and I have truly fallen in love with you! You know that I long to have you with me everywhere I go. That I cannot imagine living my days as a stay-home mom with out slung across my shoulder! My life is just not the same with out you! I have tried to lovingly use a point and shoot....but it just isn't the same. The quality they give me just doesn't cut it! You give me so much more than they ever could! I long to have you back....I cannot wait to see you again! I am coming, please know that, I am coming!

I've taken some time tonight and looked over your blog - many of your beliefs are aligned with mine...perhaps Romney for VP? I was truly devastated when he withdrew.
I also laughed as I saw several pictures of desserts (and food!) you've enjoyed on outings - I photographed my kids' desserts and my husband's special request dinner at Cinderella's castle in Disney World ... much to my husband's incredulous questioning!
And I enjoyed your marathon photos/stories. Couldn't believe you ran 13.1 on an empty stomach and the race had no relief!

I, too, LOVE my Canon Rebel xt. We just got together a few months ago, but the relationship has been nothing short of amazing and well, totally satisfying. Sometimes, we include Photoshop in our fun, but my Rebel knows he is the one it's all about.
I know he will find his way back into your arms.. unless your sister can offer him something better...
