Summer is Here....

Following Curly's commencement  on Monday, we had a full week of activities to end the school year!  Tuesday was JT's activity day- they went bowling in the morning, then had lunch on campus, watched a movie in the fellowship hall and then had a mini carnival - cotton candy, snow cones and 1st grade teacher dunking...oh so much fun!

 

 



Here the boys were watching the 1st grade teachers get dunked  - JT got Mrs. C in right way throwing the ball - no walk up dunking for my boy!



Wed. was the Last Day of school - Wahoo!  Each of the boys had an end-of-year Chapel then awards



Here is JT with his sports crew (JT, Luke, Trey & Payton)- these four boys played all sorts of sports all year long.  JT and Payton (the on the far right) were the two boys chosen for the Sports Award by the PE teacher, Mr. C. We are so proud of our boy!



Here is JT and MKru - they became friends this year - which has been a great thing since I adore his mama (my running partner/friend) and their baby sisters just love one another - aren't they handsome?

 

Here we are with Mrs. C - we love her so much and are going to miss her next year - hopefully we will see her again when Curly is in 1st grade!  Thanks, Mrs. C, for such an awesome 1st grade year for our boy and for blessing him with your love, kindness and patience!  You are AWESOME!

SUMMER IS HERE....time for lazy days, not-so-early morning runs, beach days, bonfires, smores, camping, swimming and family memories!  Looking forward to a great 2008 summer!
