Wow, What a Week!

We had a very busy and crazy week in our home this week.  After the Shower on Sunday, the week took off and flew right by!  Monday night the kids were so cute....we had some good ol' fashion Spaghetti.  I never make Spaghetti with red maranara, but I was so tired from the shower, I wanted to do something easy and so we had spaghetti.  It was K's first time eating it and boy did she love it!  She had more than mommy!

Then, the boys decided they wanted me to take some crazy pictures of them...here are the results (we all laughed so hard too)

    

Tuesday the two little ones and I stayed home in the morning and rested.   After this we had to go to the Dentist for N to get 3 cavities filled (he had 1 filled last week already)- poor little guy, his body wasn't taking the meds and so he had to have a few injections because he kept feeling the drilling!  He was a brave boy and played hard at McD's playground later that afternoon!

On Wed. my Tia Marina came to visit us!  She is here from Bogota, Colombia.  She is the youngest of my grandmother's siblings and brought her daughter, Lina, to the US for her 15th birthday (it's a big deal in S. America, like Sweet 16 is here).  Wed. night we met my Uncle Vic and my Aunt Cathy for dinner at the Spectrum - it was cold and the wind was blowing (probably a good 40 mph).  While at dinner, I was taking pictures of everyone and my daughter did not want her picture taken, so here is the pic of her:

 

As a gift to my Tia and her daughter, my sister's Patricia, Nancy and I pitched in to treat them to a day at the Happiest Place on Earth, Disneyland!  We had a great day and they took it all in with such appreciation!  They looked and loved every detail of everything!  It was a beautiful day yesterday....it was probably 75 degrees, sunny and a light breeze.  We were there for 8 hours and had a blast!  Their favorite part of the day.....EVERYTHING they said!















 We had a great time! 

 Sadly, last night N woke up in the middle of the night crying!  He said his right ear hurt, so with a few ear drops and some motrin, we were off to sleep again.  I kept hearing him moaning and thought maybe the motrin hadn't kicked in, when all of a sudden, he woke up crying again, this time complaining about the left ear.  He has had a runny nose all week and a terrible cough.  We went to see Dr. Akey and he was diagnosed with bilateral ear infections and has RSV and wheezing!  So we are ending the week with a very sick boy!  He's been crying all afternon! It just breaks my heart! 

 J is going to traffic school tomorrow and JT is off on Monday, so we are resting this weekend!  Hopefully the Lord will do some serious healing this weekend so that next week goes a lot smoother!
