Oh, those yummy buckeye's! Jennifer and I got into the Christmas spirit last night. We had a sleepover that began at 9 am Monday morning. She came over after we dropped off all the boys at school and we made the dough for the buckeye's you see above. K was so good...she tried to help of course. We then went to get the boys from school and came home and started rolling and rolling and rolling. We finished rolling at 12 a.m. Of course, with 5 kids to care for, there were lots of breaks in between rolling - we had lots of beggars (I think N is going to turn into a peanutbutter ball), we had to feed the kids, bathe them, give them a little attention and do some discipline here and there! We got up this morning and started dipping at 10 a.m. and finally finished this afternoon! We estimated that each of us made about 650 buckeye's. It was a ton of work and fun....for those of you receiving buckeye's this Christmas, enjoy every bite of these...they are yummy!

Here is what we finished at midnight....boy were our hands tired!
